Green Membership
Green Tips
Tip 2: You can save up to eight gallons of water a day by turning off the tap while brushing your teeth. Replacing your shower head and faucets can reduce your water use by up to 20%.
The AETN Foundation is excited to announce our new Green Membership Program. We are proud to offer you this alternative with all the benefits of our regular membership redesigned in an environmentally friendly package. Our Green Membership Program begins March 1, 2009.
When you join the AETN Foundation Green Membership Program, you will receive all the benefits of any other membership with AETN; the Program Guide, early notice of special events and concerts, updates on webstore specials and exclusive AETN merchandise. But all of your announcements and the Program Guide will be delivered electronically to the email address of your choice. You'll only receive mail from us once, if you choose, when we ship you the Thank You Gift of your choice. And choose our reusable Green Membership logo imprinted shopping bag or have a tree planted in your honor at the Cache River/Bayou DeView Project in Monroe and Woodruff Countiesas our Thank You Gift to you. You'll not only be supporting the quality programming and educational services that AETN provides to it's members and the residents of our state, you'll also be helping us to reduce our footprint. And because of the cost savings, your donation dollars go even further.
We hope you will join us in this important new initiative, and enjoy the same great benefits and services you have always received from AETN, where learning never ends!

The green membership is a great idea. I really enjoy PBS programming and have watched for years. Thank You to PBSComment made by Lana Boyd on 12 Mar 2009
This is a very wonderful, clever idea. We should all try to be more eco-friendly, and there are simple ways to achieve this without relocating to an Arkansas cave. Keep up the good work AETN!Comment made by Clever! on 30 Jul 2009
